What Cally processes

After you enable Cally, supported coin charts send coin context and linked source URLs to our hosted backend. Opening the popup reads the active webpage or selected text. Pasted source text, prior drafts, and relevant public tweet photos may be included in generation requests. We send this context to OpenAI to generate callouts. Coin addresses go to LarpCheck for its ratings.

Storage and providers

Render hosts the service. OpenAI processes generation requests with response storage disabled; this does not mean zero provider retention, and provider security and abuse-monitoring policies still apply. Website and X providers receive requests for linked public sources. Render and other providers may process connection information such as IP addresses under their own policies.

The extension stores a random installation identifier, your consent, panel preferences and session drafts in Chrome. Our backend stores daily hashed installation identifiers and request counts for usage limits. Records older than seven days are pruned on subsequent allowed requests. We do not intentionally write submitted source text or generated drafts to our application database. Service providers may retain operational logs.

Your choices

Review the setup disclosure before enabling Cally. Remove the extension to stop future automatic chart requests and clear its local data. Do not submit private or sensitive information. Contact us for privacy questions or requests. Cally does not request wallet keys, sign transactions, trade tokens or automatically post.

Usage

The initial service allowance is 20 generation attempts per installation per UTC day and 100 across the service. Failed source reads can count. Installation IDs are resettable; they are not authenticated user accounts. Limits may change as the service grows.
